Chicken with Sun-Dried Tomatoes


Chicken thighs are very juicy and have rich taste. They may be used for cooking stew, rice or barbeque meat. They taste great when marinated and fried or grilled. Today I`ll share with you simple recipe of homemade chicken with sun-dried tomatoes. All you need to is a frying pan and fresh chicken.

  1. Mix poultry with salt and pepper. Peel onion and cut it into thin strips. Peel garlic and cut each clove in 2 pieces.
  2. Take the pan and add 2 tbsp of juice from the pan with sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Fry meat until there is a golden crust.
  4. Add onion and garlic. Cook everything for several minutes for the onion to become golden.
  5. Pour wine or bouillon into the pan. Add thyme. Cover the pan with the lid. Stew everything for 10 more minutes.
  6. Add sun-dried tomatoes and mustard. Mix everything well and stew for 5-7 minutes.

This hot and spicy dish can be eaten with any garnish you like. It may be mashed potato, salad, ciabatta or even green peas. Bon Appetite!
