Chicken with Potato in the Oven

Instructions:
  1. Preheat the frying pan. Add oil and chopped garlic. Cook it for a minute or two for the oil to become fragrant. Add thyme, parsley, salt and pepper. Mix everything carefully.
  2. Wash potatoes well. Put vegetables into the pan and boil them for 5 minutes. Then you need to strain the water.
  3. Meanwhile you need to lubricate the chicken with the vegetable oil, using the brush.
  4. Cover the tray with the tinfoil. Add the layer of sliced onion. Salt and pepper it. Put chicken in the middle of this onion pillow.
  5. Put the tray into the oven and cook your chicken for 15 minutes.
  6. Then you need to take the tray out of the oven and add potatoes. If there is too much juice in the tray, you`ll need to get rid of it.
  7. Continue cooking poultry with chicken until there is a nice golden crunch on the top of it.

Serve this chicken on the big plate, surrounded by baked potatoes. You may cut it into pieces and cover the meat with fragrant juice. Bon Appetite!
