Instructions:
  1. For cooking this dish we recommend to choose boneless and skinless poultry.
  2. Season chicken thighs with fresh ground black pepper and salt to taste.
  3. Take large frying pan with the thick bottom and melt butter in it. Add minced garlic and cook for a minute to give oil nice fragrant.
  4. In a minute, add the rest of spices to the pan together with chicken. Cook everything for about 5 minutes. Turn meat over and cook it from another side for additional 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add more butter if needed as well as asparagus. If you like, you can add more spices to taste. Cove the pan with the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Then get rid of the lid and fry meat for 1 more minute. Now you`re ready to serve this meal!
