Chicken with champignons in cream sauce

This exquisite chicken dish will be a nice dinner for a romantic evening. Surprise your better half with this interesting meal!

Ingredients:

· Champignons – 2 cups
· Chicken fillet – 4 pieces
· Cream (with 10% fat content) – 200 ml.
· Garlic – 1 clove
· Onion – ½ piece
· Herbs and spices – to taste
· Olive oil – to taste.

Chicken with champignons in cream sauce. Recipe

1. Chop onion and fry it in the pan, filled with olive oil. Cut chicken into pieces and add it into the pan. You also need to add spices and herbs. Fry this dish for 5-7 minutes.
2. Chop mushrooms and add them into the pan. Cook the dish for 2-3 minutes.
3. Pour cream into the pan. Cook everything for 5-7 minutes. Turn off the fire. Mash garlic, add salt and pepper. Cover the pan with the lid and wait for 3 more minutes.
That`s it. You may eat it right after cooking. This dish is tender and spicy. Bon Appetite!
