  1. To begin, boil the chicken broth. Put the chicken fillet into a pot with some hot water. Cook it slowly for 30-60 minutes. If you care about the way your broth looks, add salt at the end, but if you want the poultry to be juicy and tasty, add it at the beginning of the boiling process.
