Chicken Roll with Rice and Chickpeas

Poultry is the healthiest meat, you may choose and cook. If you don`t know what else to cook, using chicken, here is an interesting recipe for you.
If you don`t like chickpeas, you may replace this ingredient with prunes, dry fruit and nuts. This dish will definitely be nutritious and yummy.

Chicken fillet

Rice

Chickpeas
1 cup
Tomatoes
2 pcs
Zucchini
to taste
Salt
to taste

Instructions:
  1. Boil chickpeas and rice until the garnish until it`s ready.
  2. Wash zucchini and tomatoes. Cut them into small cubes.
  3. Preheat the frying pan with the oil. Stew chickpeas with rice and vegetables.
  4. Grate cheese on the coarse grater.
  5. Wash chicken fillet and tenderize it. Add salt and pepper. Add grated cheese and the filling. Form a tight roll and stick it with the toothpicks.
  6. Fry these delicious rolls on the frying pan with the olive oil.

If there are leftovers of the filling, serve them with the sliced rolls. Bon Appetite!
