Instructions:
  1. If you use frozen mushrooms, defrost them beforehand. If they are fresh, all you need is to wash them and cut them into mid-sized pieces.
  2. Preheat the frying pan with the 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add mushrooms into this pan. Salt them and cook on a low heat in the pan covered with the lid. You’ll need to stew the mushrooms for about 10 minutes until they are soft.
  3. When there is no liquid in the pan, add butter, remove the lid and fry the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Put these mushrooms into the bowl and leave them in a warm place.
  4. Chop the onion and cook it in the frying pan until it’s golden-yellow. Peel the garlic, cut it and add it into the pan as well.
  5. Boil the rice until it’s half ready. Add it into the pan with the onion. Mix everything carefully.
  6. Slowly pour the broth into the pan.
  7. Cook everything until the mass is the pot gets thicker.
  8. Now you can add mushrooms and wine.
  9. Mix everything carefully, wait for 3-5 minutes and add chopped herbs.
  10. Grate the cheese and add it into the pan right before the end of cooking.
