Instructions:
  1. To cook this dish you can use any other part of the chicken. If you’re going to use chicken legs, cut off the top of the bone and get rid of the skin.
  2. Put the poultry into a deep bowl. Add salt and pepper. For the dish to be fragrant, add dry herbs. You can use a mixture of herbs or choose the ones that you like the most. Leave the bowl with the poultry for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Peel the onions and cut them into thin strips. Put the onion into the bowl as well. Preheat the frying pan with the small amount of vegetable oil. Roll the chicken legs in the flour and put them into the pan with the preheated oil.
  4. Cook the poultry on both sides until there is a light crust. It will take about 6-7 minutes.
  5. Add the slices of onion into the pan with the poultry. Cook everything for 2-3 minutes. Grate the garlic and add it into the pan as well.
  6. Open the can with the tomatoes. Mash them, using a blender. Add salt and sugar and mash everything one more time. Pour this liquid into the pan with the onion and chicken. Add a small amount of warm water. If you like, you can add more salt and pepper.
  7. Stew the chicken in the pan covered with the lid for 15 minutes. Next you’ll need to get rid of the lid. Cook everything for 2-3 minutes. The sauce will become thicker.
