Chicken Pie with Vegetables
Today I want to share with you the simple recipe for delicious pie. You may cook it for a breakfast or dinner. It is very fragrant, nutritious and juicy.

- Mix salt with baking powder. Leave these ingredients for 5-10 minutes.
- Add soft melted butter.
- Slowly add the flour and mix soft elastic dough.
- Put the dough into the fridge. Get down to cooking the filling.
- Wash eggplants. Slice them into thin pieces. Fry eggplants in the pan with the vegetable oil.
- Put the eggplant on the paper towel.
- Cut tomatoes into thin circles.
- Then you`ll need to cut pepper into half-circles.
- Boil chicken and chop it.
- Cook the topping. Whip two eggs with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Add sour cream into the bowl.
- Grate hard cheese on the coarse grater. Add 1/3 of the whole mass into the bowl to gether with herbs.
- Flatten the dough and put it into the tray, covered with butter.
- Lubricate the dough with the mustard.
- Cover it with the slices of tomato. Dust this layer with the sugar.
- Add the layer of fried eggplants. Then add tomatoes and chicken.
- Finally add pepper.
- Pour whipped eggs on the top of the pie. Bake it for 25-30 minutes at 392 F.
- Add grated cheese and continue baking for 3 minutes.
Cut the pie before serving. This pie is best eaten hot!
