Chicken Paella with Pepper and Green Peas
There are a lot of different recipes for paella in Spain. What unites all of them is the usage of rice, paellera (big frying pan) and saffron, giving the dish rich yellow colour. The rest of ingredients used depends on the place where paella is cooked.

Cut chicken fillet into small pieces. Fry them in the pan with the oil until golden-yellow. When meat is ready, put it into the bowl and leave to cool down.
Chop onion and garlic. If you like, you may add herbs. Fry everything in the pan, you`ve used for cooking chicken.
Cut carrot into thin slices and add it into the pan as well.
Cut pepper into cubes. Stew these vegetables for 7 minutes.
Add fried chicken into the pan again. Cook everything for 7 more minutes.
Then you need to add chopped parsley and green peas. Stew all the ingredients for 5-7 minutes.
Add rice, salt and spices. Mix everything carefully. Pour chicken bouillon into the pan. Wait until this mass starts boiling and slow down the fire. Cook your paella for 45 minutes. You need to leave it alone and do not stir anything. Do not cover the pan with the lid!
Your chicken paella is ready! Put the pan into the middle of the table and let your guests fill their plates with the tastiest pieces.
