Instructions:
  1. Start cooking this quick chicken noodle soup by making the broth. Take a large pot and put boneless chicken breasts and chicken thighs into it. Add water to cover the poultry. Bring the liquid to boil and reduce the heat. Continue cooking everything for 30-40 minutes for the broth to become rich.
  2. Later add chopped veggies. First cut them into pieces and transfer the chopped onion, carrot and celery to a frying pan and cook everything for 5-10 minutes. Add veggies to the pan with the broth as well.
  3. When your fragrant broth is ready, strain it carefully. Transfer the chicken to a large bowl and shred it carefully.
  4. Pour the broth into the pan again and add shredded chicken.
  5. Cook the noodles in the pan, following the instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Fill each bowl with the soup. Add noodles. If you like, you can decorate it with chopped parsley.
