Instructions:
  1. First, cut mushrooms into thin slices. We recommend using fresh champignons.
  2. Wash chicken liver and cut it into smaller pieces.
  3. Preheat vegetable oil in the frying pan. Add liver and cook it for 2-5 minutes over low heat. When you`re done, transfer it to the plate.
  4. Add chopped onion and grated garlic to the frying pan with the leftovers of the fat. Cook everything for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
  5. Now add mushrooms and cook everything for 5 more minutes.
  6. Stir in the flour. Mix everything carefully. Pour in rich meat broth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Place fried liver back into the pan and saute everything for 10 minutes. Add fresh cream anf cook your meal for 5 additional minutes.

Serve this dish with fresh greens. It tastes great when served with mashed potatoes or French fries. Save the recipe and share it with your friends. Bon Appetit!
