Chicken legs with rice

Today I want to give you the recipe of the simple dish, made of chicken legs and rice. It has something in common with pilaf. Rice is very juicy and has rich taste. Try to cook it and enjoy the combination of nutritious rice with chicken.

Instructions:
  1. Prepare chicken legs and rub them with salt and peppers.
  2. Fill frying pan with vegetable oil and sauté chopped onion, bell pepper and grated carrot. Do not fry them.
  3. Take baking form and put sautéed vegetables on the bottom of it. Cover it with the rice.
  4. Add salt, pepper and mix all the ingredients well.
  5. Pour 2-2,5 glasses of boiled water.
  6. Put chicken legs on this “pillow” and put the form into the oven. Bake it at 356 degrees for an hour. If you think that the rice is too dry, add more boiled water while cooking.
You rice with chicken is ready! Serve it as a main meal. It is very tasty! Bon Appetite!
