Mix butter with the dill and form little “sausage”. Put it in the fridge.
Tenderize meat a bit, giving it a form of the pear. Salt it and pepper. Put frozen butter into the centre of the fillet.
Roll the fillet tightly and put it in the right position – with the stitch on the bottom.
Prepare two bowls. One of them will be with the egg, and the second one – with the breadcrumbs.
Dip the cutlet into the egg mass, then into the breadcrumbs. Repeat the process once again.
Get the frying pan with the high bumpers and fill it with vegetable oil. Fry the cutlet, rolling, until it`s finally ready.
Serve Chicken Kiev with fried potatoes and green peas. Cutlets may be also served on the toasts.
