Best basmati rice gravy with spicy ginger and peas is a very healthy and yummy dish. If you prefer vegetarian cuisine, go on without using chicken. The gravy will be still tasty.

Instructions:
  1. Cook chicken fillet in the pan with the salty water. If you like, you may use chicken breast instead. Poultry won`t be dry as we`ll use enough sauces and juicy veggies while cooking. So, cook chicken, leave it to cool down. Get rid of the skin and bones. Tore poultry into small pieces.
  2. Peel ginger carefully and cut it into thin slices. I recommend you to use fresh ginger as it is spicier. Preheat the frying pan with 2 spoons of the butter. Chop cilantro and cut onion into thin slices. Add all these ingredients into the pan. The onion should become lighter and much softer.
  3. Meanwhile, peel carrot and cut it into thin circles. If the rings are too big, cut them into smaller pieces. Add carrot into the pan together with dry curry powder or curry pasta. Cook all these ingredients for about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Add milk into the pan with the fried vegetables. Mix everything one more time. Add small pieces of boiled meat. Pour a cup of water and add boiled peas. Mix everything carefully, boil and slow down the fire. Cook everything for 40 minutes. Right before the end of cooking, add balsamic vinegar. You may also add more chopped fresh herbs, to make this dish brighter.
