  2. Roll this slice of meat in the flour and spices. I prefer garlic, parsley, basil. Then use eggs and breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry this cutlet into the pan, covered with fat or oil. There should be enough oil to deep-fry meat. Cook poultry from both sides for several minutes.

You may serve this meat with rice, beans or salad. However, I recommend to use deep-fried potatoes as the side-dish.
