Instructions:
  1. The recipe for chicken cacciatore is not that easy. It takes time to cook such a meal, but the result is always worth the time wasted. First wash the chicken carefully and cut it into pieces. Add salt and pepper to the poultry.
  2. Put a deep pan with a thick bottom on the stove. Add olive oil and heat it over a medium heat. Add the slices of chicken and cook them for 5 minutes.
  3. Peel the onion and cut it into semi-circles. Add them into the pan as well. Add grated garlic and dry spices. We recommend you use rosemary and oregano. Stir everything constantly. Cook the dish for 1 minute.
  4. Pour dry red wine into the pan. Wait for 3 more minutes.
  5. Open the can with the tomatoes and add them into the pan together with the liquid. Reduce the heat and simmer the dish until the chicken is soft. It will take about 40-120 minutes.
