Chicken Breast with Tender Asparagus. Classical and Healthy Recipe for Everyone
If you don`t know what else you may do to cook delicious poultry, fry it and serve with green asparagus.

Rub poultry with the spices. Fry it in the pan with the olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Then you`ll need to stew it for 15 minutes in the pan covered with the lid. Cut off the top of asparagus stems. You may also cut each vegetable in two pieces.
Add asparagus into the salty water. Cook for 3 minutes.
Wash and peel potato. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Fry it in the pan with the small amount of the vegetable oil. Add vegetable broth and stew everything.
Add balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and vegetable oil. Use this liquid to cover the slices of tomato and chopped herbs. Add poultry and asparagus into the plates. Cover everything with the warm sauce if you like.
