Instructions:
  1. Fill the pan with water. Boil it and add salt to taste.
  2. Peel potatoes and wash them. Cut each one into cubes. Add them to the pan with water and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Peel onion carefully and chop it. Wash mushrooms and cut them into thin slices as well. Fry veggies in the pan with butter for 10 minutes for them to become soft.
  4. Add mushrooms and onion to the pan with half-boiled potato. Add grated cheese as well. Sprinkle your soup with pepper.
  5. Boil everything for additional 15-20 minutes. In the meantime cook hard-boiled egg. We`ll use it later while serving.
