Cheesecake with Nuts
If you want to make your cheesecake more creative, you may add some unusual ingredients to this dessert instead of the traditional cheese and dough. I suggest cooking this dessert with fruits and nuts. Still, don`t add to many nuts as they are rather high in calories.

Soak walnuts with water and leave them for one hour.
Mash them using blender. Cover the bottom of the form with mashed nuts. Mix them with olive oil, cinnamon and salt. This will be the dough.
Fill the bowl of the blender with the juice of one lemon, honey and citrus zest. Then add grind and washed nuts. If it`s too difficult for you to mash nuts, add a bit of water. In this case it will be easier to make the smooth mass. Cover the “dough” with it. Put the form into the fridge and start making fruit mass.
Mix banana, tangerines, dried apricots (soak them beforehand in the water) and lemon (peel it and get rid of pits). As a result you`ll have yummy cream with the taste reminding of fresh mango smoothie. If you want your dish to have citrus zest, add one tablespoon of lemon juice. Get your cheesecake out of the fridge and cover it with fruit cream and coconut shaving.
When the dessert is ready, put it into the freezer and leave for the whole night. In the morning get it out of the freezer and put into the fridge for one hour before serving.
