Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients. You may use dill, green onion and parsley. If there is no fresh garlic in your fridge, take dry garlic powder instead.
  2. Put minced meat into the bowl. Mix it with grated cheese, chopped garlic, salt, herbs and bread crumbs.
  3. Break one egg into the bowl and mix everything well.
  4. Leave the bowl for several minutes.
  5. Form 12 round balls. Put them on the tray, lubricated with butter. Put the form in the oven and bake meatballs for 20 minutes at 392 degrees.
  6. Fill frying pan with tomato sauce and heat it for several minutes. When it starts boiling, put meatballs into the pan and stew them.
  7. Cut hot dog bun and get rid of sourdough. Lubricate bread with olive oil and salt it. Put these buns into the oven for several minutes. Then fill one half of the bun with meatballs soaked in tomato sauce.
  8. Put cheese slices on the top of each meatball. Put everything into the oven again for the cheese to melt.
  9. Finally pour hot tomato sauce on the top of burger. Cover it with the second half of the bun and cut it into small pieces.

That`s it. You may stab each mini-cheeseburger with a toothpick before serving and decorate the plate. Enjoy your snack!
