These cute small pies are very popular. They may be cooked with any stuffing you like. If you follow my instruction, you`ll make perfect salty pies with cheese, sausage and tomatoes.
They are easy to cook. You do not need to form them for a long time or bake. Even the beginners will cope with this process. You need only to feel the frying pan with vegetable oil and cook these small balls in it.

Instructions:
  1. For cooking these small pies you need to mix all main ingredients in one bowl. Combine flour, water, vegetable oil, salt and sugar. I recommend you to boil water before adding it into the bowl.
  2. You`ll have thick dough. Put it into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Leave the bowl in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Now prepare the stuffing. Cut sausage into thin slices.
  4. Grate cheese, chop dill and garlic. Mix all these ingredients well.
  5. Cut tomato into thin slices.
  6. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll one of them and cover with the stuffing. Put tomatoes, sausage and one teaspoon of cheese mixed with dill. These yummy spots should be on the whole surface of the dough.
  7. Cover this layer with the second one. Use glass or cup to form round pies.
  8. Fill the frying pan with vegetable oil and start frying these small pies. You should cook them until they have brown crust.
  9. These yummy pies may be eaten hot. Still, I prefer to serve them cold.
