  2. Put it into the deep bowl and add the eggs.
  3. Add the sour cream and vegetable oil.
  4. Add baking powder to flour and sift.
  5. Add the sifted flour into the dough.
  6. Mix well. The dough should be more thick than for pancakes.
  7. Grease the form for muffins with vegetable oil and spread the dough.
  8. Put it into the oven, preheated to 392 F (200 C) degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.
