Today I want to share with you the recipe of lasagne. It`s made of cottage cheese batter and eggs. And of course, one of the main ingredients is lasagne noodles. I used to boil them before cooking. However, it takes too much time, so I decided to change the recipe. If you add a bit more sauce and water before baking, everything will be okay. I recommend you to try this way of cooking. In order, your lasagne to be yummy, pour a bit of water on the each layer. By the way, I also recommend you to choose egg noodles as they are much tastier.

Instructions:
  1. Grate hard cheese.
  2. Mix cottage cheese with 2 eggs.
  3. Add 5 tablespoons of water and mix with vegetable oil. You may add even more water if the mixture is dry.
  4. Add butter into this mixture.
  5. Salt it. The mass should be not too salty, so ½ teaspoon of salt is enough.
  6. Lubricate the form with butter and put dry lasagne noodles on the bottom of it.
  7. Divide the mixture into 4 parts. Cover the 1st layer with it.
  8. Repeat the same with grated cheese.
  9. Pour a bit of salty water on the whole surface of the lasagne.
  10. Cover three more layers with the stuffing.
  11. I also suggest you to cover the tray with tinfoil. Use it to cover the edges of lasagne as well. In this case they won`t be dry. Bake this dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the cheese becomes golden crust.

Serve this yummy dish hot. You may add sour-cream to make your dinner or lunch better. Bon Appetite!
