Instructions:
  1. First, make nice smooth dough. Sift the flour and mix it with the salt.
  2. Mix hot water with vegetable oil. Pour the liquid to the bowl with the dough. Knead nice smooth dough. It shouldn`t be too tough.
  3. Roll the dough and cut out large circles.
  4. In the meantime, cook tender cheese filling. Mash cottage cheese or Georgian ricotta with the fork. Add chopped herbs and slices of suluguni. Mix everything carefully.
  5. Fill each khinkali with the cheese mass and start forming khinkali with the large knot.
  6. Boil salty water and transfer khinkali to the pan. Cook your Georgian dish for 5-7 minutes.

Serve this dish immediately with butter and black pepper. Eat it, holding the knot and enjoying amazing taste of your homemade dish.
