Instructions:
  1. The recipe is extremely easy. Whist 4 eggs in the large bowl and stir in cold milk. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Grate hard cheese and chop mozzarella into small slices. Add both cheeses to the rest of ingredients. Mix everything one more time.
  3. Heat large frying pan and melt butter in it. It should cover the pan well. Pour in egg mass. As soon as they are set, start turning your omelette over. Be careful not to damage it. Use wooden spatula for this purpose.
  4. In a minute transfer the pan from the fire and leave the pan for 4-5 minutes. Now you can transfer omelette to the plate. There are a lot of interesting filling ideas. You can use them to make your ration more diverse. Filling should be added when eggs are set.
