Instructions:
  1. Fry walnuts on the dry pan and crush them using blender.
  2. Take a big bowl and mix cottage cheese, grated brynza, cut pepper, ham and cream in it. In addition, mashed garlic, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  3. Cut surimi sticks. Fill three small bowls with surimi sticks, crushed nuts and sesame seeds.
  4. Divide cheese mass into 3 equal parts. Use the first one to form small balls and roll them in the bowl with crushed nuts. Balls made of cheese from the second plate should be rolled in sesame seeds and those from the 3d plate – in cut surimi sticks.
  5. That`s it. Your cheese croquettes may be served. Put the plate with these cheese balls into the fridge.
