Carrot Cream Soup
Tender cream soup with bright carrot can be eaten as a dinner or lunch. Even kids will enjoy such a meal!

Chop onion and stew it in the pan with butter until it`s soft.
Peel carrot and cut it into cubes.
Peel potato and slice it as well.
Boil potato and carrot in the pan with chicken or vegetable broth until all the vegetables are soft. It will take about 20 minutes. Then you may add stewed onion into the pan. Salt and pepper your soup.
Take the pan off the fire and leave it to cool down for several minutes.
Mash all the ingredients, using a powerful blender.
Pour cream into the pan. Boil mashed vegetables with cream.
