Instructions:
  1. Take middle-sized bowl and mix warm milk with 1 tbsp of sugar. Leave the liquid in the warm place.
  2. Now you can add the flour. Stir in 1 cup of the flour. Mix everything carefully and leave everything in the warm place for 40 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, whisk 5 eggs with the rest of sugar and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add warm and soft butter to the bowl with the batter. Pour in vegetable oil.
  5. Add whisked eggs and vanilla. Mix the dough carefully. It will still be liquid enough.
  6. Leave everything for an hour. Your batter will grown in size.
  7. Grate carrot and add it to the pan as well as grated zest. Mix all the ingredients until the dough is smooth.
  8. Transfer the dough to the forms and leave them in the warm place for an hour.
  9. Preheat the oven to 385 F. Bake them for 60 more minutes.
  10. Check whether your cake is ready using a wooden toothpick.
  11. Leave them to cool down completely. In the meantime, cook the glazing. Whisk 1 egg white with sugar powder and orange juice.
  12. As soon as you`re done, use this glazing for covering your dessert. Decorate the cake with dry fruit or marmalade.
