Instructions:
  1. Grate carrot. If there is to much juice, strain it. Add eggs, orange zest, vanilla, sugar and vegetable oil. Mix everything, using whisk or mixer.
  2. Sift the flour through the sieve and add it into the bowl. Mix with baking powder and salt.
  3. The dough should be thick, without any lumps.
  4. Cover the tray with oil and pour the dough into it. You may also cover the bottom with breadcrumbs, if you like.
  5. Bake this cake in the oven, preheated to 256 degrees for 40-45 minutes. There should be a nice crunch on the top of this cake.
  6. Finally, you need to slice an orange into thin circles and cook it in the pot with sugar.
  7. Decorate the dish with sweet slices.
