  1. The first and the main thing is to cut meat into thin slices. It`s easier to cope with it if the meat is frozen beforehand. Put beef into the freezer for 20 minutes. Then take it out and cut into thin slices.
  2. You may see the way it should look on the photo.
  3. Find a big plate. We`ll serve our dish on it. Squeeze a half of a lemon on it. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil and spices (herbs, pepper, salt).
  4. Mix everything and lubricate the plate with this mass.
  5. Decorate plate with thin meat slices.
  6. Cover it with the rest of vinegar, juice, oil and spices.
  7. All the slices should be covered with it.
  8. If you are sure that the meat is good, you may serve this plate right after cooking.
  9. However, you may also put it into the fridge and marinate for 3 hours. Then take it out of the fridge and decorate meat with grated parmesan cheese and salad leaves.
