Instructions:
  1. Peel garlic, wash it and cut each clove in 2.
  2. Wash tomatoes, cut them into cubes.
  3. Stain canned beans and wash them. Put beans on the strainer in order to get rid of extra water.
  4. Preheat oil in the pot and add garlic. Cook it for a minute for the oil to become fragrant.
  5. Add pieces of tomato and cover the pan with the lid. Cook everything for 2 more minutes.
  6. Then you need to add rice into this pot. Fry it until golden-yellow.
  7. Add spices: ground turmeric and thyme. Mix everything well.
  8. Then you need to add red beans and water. It should cover the rice. Add salt and mix everything carefully. Cover the pot with the lid and cook it on the slow heat until the rice is soft and there is no water.
  9. Take the pan off the fire and leave for 10 minutes.
  10. Mix it carefully not to mash rice.
