Caramelized Shrimp with Ginger, Garlic and Chili Pepper
This exquisite snack is best eaten with a glass of cold wine.

Take a deep bowl and mix sea salt with sugar, chili pepper and warm water. Add frozen shrimp into this bowl and leave everything for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile chop garlic and cut ginger into thin pieces.
Strain shrimp and wipe them, using paper towels.
Preheat the frying pan with the vegetable oil. Add garlic into the pan with hot oil. Then add pepper and ginger. Cook everything for a minute. Add 4 tbsp of sugar. Continue cooking everything until garlic is golden-brown.
Then you may add shrimp into the pan with fried garlic and ginger. Continue cooking everything for 1-2 minutes.
Serve this dish hot. If you like, you may add lemon juice and fresh herbs.
