Caramelized Shrimp with Ginger, Garlic and Chili Pepper

Instructions:
  1. Take a deep bowl and mix sea salt with sugar, chili pepper and warm water. Add frozen shrimp into this bowl and leave everything for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile chop garlic and cut ginger into thin pieces.
  3. Strain shrimp and wipe them, using paper towels.
  4. Preheat the frying pan with the vegetable oil. Add garlic into the pan with hot oil. Then add pepper and ginger. Cook everything for a minute. Add 4 tbsp of sugar. Continue cooking everything until garlic is golden-brown.
  5. Then you may add shrimp into the pan with fried garlic and ginger. Continue cooking everything for 1-2 minutes.

Serve this dish hot. If you like, you may add lemon juice and fresh herbs.

Grilled shrimp is super! You can add soy sauce, pour lemon juice. with wine is interesting Well But to fry, indeed, it is best to uncooked king prawns;) If the liquid is evaporated by half, then dip it in the sauce with garlic
