Instructions:
  1. Take several pieces of pork. I recommend you to choose fat meat. Wash it, cut off the lard. Cut meat into pieces.
  2. Put pork into the bowl and cover it with soy sauce. Do not salt it. Cover the bowl with the plate. Leave meat to marinate for 3-4 hours. You may even wait for the whole night.
  3. Cook caramel. Mix starch with sugar well. This is the best choice.
  4. Then take pieces of pork and roll them in this dry mixture. Preheat big pan and fill it with oils. Fry meat from both sides.
  5. When your meat is ready, put it into the plate.
  6. Wash and cut ½ big tomato, ½ onion, pepper and carrot.
  7. Take the pan with the rest of fat. Put sliced vegetables into this pan. You may add salt and cook everything, stirring constantly.
  8. Mix the rest of sugar and starch with marinade.
  9. Add salt, saffron, cold water and tomato sauce. Mix everything carefully. Wait until vegetables are ready.
  10. Pour the sauce into the pan. Mix all the ingredients and boil everything one more time. Cook it for 1 minute. Your sour-sweet sauce is ready. Turn off the fire.
  11. Put meat into the pan again and mix it with vegetables. Cover the pan with the lid and leave it for 5-7 minutes. This will enrich the taste of your dish.

Your dish is ready. Serve it with garnish. Best choice is traditional white rice. People in China say that you may eat a whole bucket of rice with such meat. One more idea is to serve it with mashed potato, decorated with chopped garlic and fried seeds. Bon Appetite!
