Caesar with Arugula


My boyfriend`s mom is a really good cook. However, she always makes one and the same dishes. As for me, I want to make our festive tables more various. When I cooked that delicious Caesar with arugula, the whole family was surprised. Now I need to make big bowls of Caesar, so that, the whole family will be fed. And of course, I want to share this recipe with you.

  1. Prepare all the main ingredients: tore arugula and lettuce, cut tomatoes into halves.
  2. Take bread and cut off the crust. Cut it into small squares.
  3. Preheat frying pan and pour a bit of vegetable oil in it. I prefer to use olive oil for the crackers not to be fat.
  4. Fry bread cubes for 5 minutes. They should turn into dry crackers.
  5. Cut chicken fillet into squares and dust it with spices. I suggest to use special spices for chicken.
  6. Fry meat.
  7. As soon as the chicken is ready, start mixing all the ingredients. This salad should be served hot. Put chicken, salad leaves and tomatoes into the bowl. Use the sauce to make the taste of this salad tenderer. Mix everything well.
  8. Put this salad on the plate and dust with grated cheese and crackers.

In order not to mash all the ingredients, I suggest you to mix them with hands, not with fork. One more advice is that you shouldn`t add too much sauce. If you do everything right, you`ll get yummy dish. It tastes just the same like in restaurants.
