Instructions:
  1. For cooking this dish I recommend you use fresh salad mix. In this case the dish will be brighter.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into big pieces. Fry it in the pan with the olive oil. Leave it to cool down. Put the cold slices of the crunchy chicken on top of the salad leaves.
  3. Boil 4 eggs. If you`re using quail eggs, there should be 8-10 of them.
  4. Cut tomatoes into pieces and add them together with the slices of eggs on the top of the salad.
  5. Cut onion into thin rings. Sprinkle everything with the lemon juice and continue forming the portion.
  6. Mix special sauce with the yoghurt or sour cream. Pour this liquid on the top of the main ingredients. Add grated hard cheese and decorate the portion with the croutons.
