Buns with Mushrooms


There are thousands of recipes of snacks made of puff pastry. Today I want to share with you one more tasty recipe – buns with mushrooms and cheese. You may choose any size and form of pies and fill them with wild mushrooms instead of traditional champignons.

  1. Peel onion, wash it and cut into small cubes. Put it into the pan with butter.
  2. Fry onion until it`s soft. Then add mushrooms and continue frying until there is no liquid in the pan. Then leave this vegetable mass to cool down.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the dough. Defrost it, flatten and cut into squares, using a sharp knife.
  4. Put into the centre of each square your vegetable stuffing. Add grated cheese on the top of it.
  5. Form triangles and stick the edges, using a fork. Cover the tray with baking paper and put pies into it.
  6. Whip eggs, using a fork and lubricate pies with this mass. Dust them with sesame seeds.
  7. Bake these pies in the oven, preheated to 356 degrees for 25 minutes.
