  1. Preheat olive oil in the pan. Fry onion for 3-4 minutes until it`s soft. Then you may add a small piece of butter for the dish to be tenderer. Don`t forget to add wine as well. Pour it into the pan, turn on the fire and wait for a minute. This will help you to get rid of the strong alcohol fragrant.
  2. Add champignons and fry everything for several minutes.
  3. Cook bulgur in another pot. Preheat oil, add bulgur and water. Mix everything carefully and cook for 12-15 minutes. Don`t forget to add salt and pepper.
