This recipe is simple and interesting. Cook buffalo meatballs and serve them with fresh vegetables.

Preheat the oven to 392 degrees and lubricate the tray with vegetable oil. Mix 2 tbsp of sour cream with bread crumbs and raw egg in the big bowl. Leave this mass for 5 minutes.
Grate 1 carrot and 1 celery. Add vegetables into the bowl. Then add minced meat, celery leaves, ½ onion, parsley, garlic, pepper and ½ tsp of salt into this mass and mix it well. Form 36 meatballs and put them into the tray. Bake these balls for 12 minutes. When they are golden brown, you may take the tray out of the oven.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in the small pan. Add the rest of green onion and cook it for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, hot sauce and ketchup. Boil this sauce and then slow down the fire. Stew it until the mass is thick. It will take about 8 minutes. Then put meatballs into the pan with this sauce and continue cooking. Stew it for 8 minutes.
Mix the rest of sour cream with blue cheese in the separate bowl. Cut the rest of carrot and celery into thin strips.
