Buckwheat Noodles with Yummy Vegetables
Even if you have only 30 free minutes, you may still cook something yummy and nutritious. Buckwheat noodles with vegetables can be eaten for dinner.

- Boil buckwheat noodles in the salty water for 10 minutes. Drain pasta and leave it for a minute or two.
- Meanwhile prepare meat with vegetables. For this purpose you`ll need to heat oil in the pot. Add minced meat and cook it until it`s golden-brown. It will take about 5 minutes.
- Cut pepper, onion and garlic into pieces.
- Add onion and garlic into the pot. Cook everything for 4-5 minutes. Then you may add red bell pepper and tomatoes. Stew everything for 15 minutes. Then you may add oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
