Instructions:
  1. First, cook the noodles, following all the instructions on the pack. It takes about 10 minutes to cook perfect brown noodles. Keep in mind that you shouldn`t cover the pan with the lid.
  2. In the meantime, cook perfect sauce. Fill the pan with fresh cream. Cook it slowly but do not bring it to boil.
  3. Mash garlic and add it to the pan with cream. Pour in light soy sauce. Cook everything simmering from time to time for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Now drain the noodles. Mix with olive oil and dry basil.
  5. Add them to the plate and top with fresh creamy sauce. Add sliced tomatoes. Add hard grated cheese.

This dish can be served with sun-dried tomatoes. If you are not a vegan and want to make this dish more nutritious, cook it with fried chicken or grilled fish. Don`t forget to add fresh herbs before serving. Bon Appetit!
