Instructions:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Wash eggplant and cut it into circles. Each circle should be about 0,3 inches.
  3. Then wash red bell pepper, cut off the core and cut it into big pieces as well.
  4. Lubricate the tray with olive oil and put sliced veggies into it. Bake them for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Cut baked vegetable into small cubes; add salt and pepper.
  6. Add olive oil and mix everything well.
  7. Cut baguette into slices and fry them in a pan lubricated with oil.
  8. Take a separate bowl and fill it with Philadelphia cheese.
  9. Add chopped parsley.
  10. Mash garlic and mix it with cheese and parsley.
  11. Add salt and pepper and mix everything one more time.
  12. Cover fried toasts with cream cheese and baked veggies.
  13. Decorate it with parsley leaves.
