Instructions:
  1. Pour water into the bowl. Put chicken fillet into it and let it boil. Get rid of the froth and boil for 25 minutes.
  2. Grate carrot. Chop onion and fry vegetables until they are soft.
  3. Take chicken out of the pan. Add sliced broccoli into the broth and boil for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain broth. Mash chicken, using blender. Add broth and fried vegetables. Mix mashed ingredients with broth and continue boiling. Add grated cheese and continue cooking. When cheese melts, you may take pan off the fire.
  5. I recommend you to cover the pan with the lid and leave the dish for several minutes.
  6. Meanwhile you may cook crusts. Dry white bread on the pan, lubricated with the small amount of vegetable oil.
