Instructions:
  1. Boil broccoli in hot water for 1-2 minutes and then wash under cold water.
  2. Cut onion into half-slices.
  3. Cut tomato into thin noodles.
  4. Boil eggs and cut each one into 4 parts.
  5. Salt sour cream, pepper it and add dry herbs if you want.
  6. Put all the vegetables on the plate and pour creamy sauce on the top of it.
