Bright Rice with Red Bell Pepper
This Eastern recipe is unusual, but very tasty. You may eat it as a garnish or nutritious main meal.

Chop onion and fry it on the slow fire. Add grated carrot, chopped garlic and thin slices of red bell pepper. Fry everything, stirring constantly. Mix tomato sauce with warm water and pour this liquid into the pan.
Fry everything slowly. In fact, you may replace tomato sauce with fresh tomatoes, sliced into thin pieces.
Fill the pan with rice. Add pepper, salt, chopped herbs. Pour water into the pan and boil until everything is half ready.
This recipe is very simple. Cook it and you`ll love the taste. If you want, you may also add slices of fried meat into the pan. In this case your meal will be more nutritious.
