  1. To cook this easy pumpkin pie, you need to prepare the dough and the filling. To begin with, take a big bowl. Sift the flour through the sieve and mix it with the salt, 2 tbsp of sugar. Separate yolks and whites. Leave the bowl with whites in the fridge. As for the yolks, you`ll need to add it into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Melt butter and pour this yellow liquid into the bowl as well. Knead the dough. Form a big ball and leave it in the bowl in the warm place for 15-20 minutes.
  2. I recommend you to bake this dessert in the round form. In this case you`ll cook classical American pie with pumpkin. Flatten the dough and cover the bottom of the form with it.
  3. Now get down to cooking the filling. Its color depends on the sort of pumpkin used. Cut the pumpkin it two pieces and get rid of the flesh and seeds. Peel it and cut into the big cubes.
