  1. To cook this easy pumpkin pie, you need to prepare the dough and the filling. To begin with, take a big bowl. Sift the flour through a sieve and mix it with the salt and 2 tbsp of sugar. Separate the yolks and whites. Leave the bowl with the whites in the fridge. As for the yolks, you’ll need to add them into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Melt butter and pour this yellow liquid into the bowl as well. Knead the dough. Form a big ball and leave it in the bowl in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
