Instructions:
  1. To begin with, prepare all the peaches. Fruit shoudn`t be too ripe, but still soft. Peel them, getting rid of the skin. Cut each fruit in two pieces. Get read of the pots. Cut peaches into thin slices. Slice fruits and put them into the pan or the deep pot. Add a half if the cup of the sugar, 1-2 tsp of water and cook everything on the slow fire. Cook everything for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Leave the peaches to cool down.
  2. Prepare the dough. Mash soft butter with the fork. Add the rest of the sugar and whip everything carefully. Do not worry if the sugar doesn`t melt.
  3. Whip eggs with the whisk or with the fork. Add this mass into the bowl with the sour cream. Mix everything carefully. You may whip it for several seconds.
  4. Sift the flour through the sieve. Add baking soda into the bowl together with the salt, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and mix everything carefully. The dough will become smooth and rather thick.
  5. Cover the form with the bitter and dust it with the flour or semolina. Fill the form with the dough and cover it with the fresh peaches. Dust everything with the cinnamon, mixed with vanilla. Put the dough into the oven, preheated to 356 F.
  6. Bake everything for 20-30 minutes. In 15 minutes you may check whether the dish is ready, using a wooden toothpick.
