  1. Wash berries carefully and add the sugar.
  2. Mash everything, using a powerful blender. Rub everything through the sieve. The mass should be very sift and tender.
  3. Whip eggs with the sugar.
  4. Take a separate bowl and mix dry baking powder with the flour in it.
  5. Add two whipped eggs and vegetable oil.
  6. Slowly pour mashed berries into the bowl with the dough and mix it carefully.
  7. Now lubricate the firm with the vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the form.
  8. Bake the sponge cake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Check whether the cake is ready, using a wooden toothpick.
  9. Leave the strawberry cake to cool down. Cut it into 4 pieces.
  10. Cook strawberry jelly. Leave it in the fridge to cool down.
  11. Now cook tender soufflé. Mix cottage cheese with the sour cream and sugar, using a blender. Add hot water into the bowl with gelatin. Wait until it melts.
  12. Put one layer of the sponge cake into the form. Pour tender soufflé on this layer.
  13. Cover it with another layer of the cake.
  14. Mix strawberry with the jelly.
  15. Add the next layer.
  16. Cover it with the soufflé again. Add sliced strawberry.
  17. Put the form with the cake for at least 6 hours. If you have enough time, leave the dessert in the fridge for the whole night.
  18. Then take the tray out of the form and put it on the wide plate.
  19. Decorate your dessert with the fresh whipped cream or tender sour cream.
