Traditional breakfast pancakes will be eaten by all members of your family with pleasure!

- Warm milk and pour it into the deep bowl.
- Add dry yeast, sugar and whip everything, using a whisk. Cover the bowl with the towel and leave in the warm place for 10-15 minutes.
- Whip eggs. Add salt, flour and the rest of sugar together with eggs into the bowl with milk. Mix everything until smooth. Cover the bowl again and wait for 1,5 hours for the dough to grow in size.
- Preheat the oven. Lubricated with olive oil. Form small pancakes and fry them in it from both sides.
Serve these pancakes with cold milk, jam or sour cream!
