Instructions:
  1. First, cook semolina. Fill the pan with milk. Add salt, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Mix everything until all dry ingredients dissolve. Bring milk to boil and reduce the heat.
  3. Add semolina and cook it stirring constantly.
  4. Cook this base for 3-4 minutes.
  5. When you`re done, leave semolina to cool down. Add a pinch of cinnamon and 1 tsp of butter.
  6. Leave semolina to cool down.
  7. Separate yolk and egg. Mix yolk with semolina immediately. Whisk 1 egg white and add it to the pan as well.
  8. Preheat the rest of butter in the frying pan. Wet your hands and start forming little pancakes. Cook them from both sides for several minutes.

Serve semolina pancakes with fresh berries, honey, sour cream or jam. Bon Appetit!
